    THinnerthanhim-I totally went to the cheesecake factory last night too!! (I've been there once, so I had SOME idea) Edamame appetizer, I got shrimp with angel hair because it had no cream, and I ate maybe 1/4th of the entire dish. I also had almost half a cheese cake with just water. I was pretty proud of how I handled it.
  • aka8941 I absolutely love The Cheesecake Factory! But do not like the massive portions and the massive caloric impact BUT they have redeemed themselves with the Skinnylicious menu. I was able to get a 150 calorie Red Sangria, got the Tuscan Chicken (it was below 500 calories, I think) and ate only one breast, and then split a cheesecake with my fiancee (hey, it was my birthday! )
