10/3: 207.8 Unfortunately I had a mild binge last night (500 calories over budget) so the results could have been worse.
10/4: 208.0 Not freaking out about this, I mean it sucks - but I didn't work out last night and I barely drank any water. Plus I feel kind of bloated.
10/5: 207.0 Hooray!
10/6: 207.8
I'm going to assume this is water weight from working out, because I have been on plan consistently - even UNDER my calorie budget. Gah, this is so frustrating!
