Hey just felt like posting on this again, I am at one year at maintenance! I landed on June 22, 2012 at 135 pounds....very comfortably in my maintenance range of 133-138. There's definitely been a learning curve in maintenance but so far, so good! Anyhow just revisiting my post and all of your lovely comments!!

I can relate to so much of what you said! I too am a generally happy person, but it's so true that being overweight consumes so much of your daily thinking and experiences -- from the plane rides, to being unable to easily cross your legs, to really wanting a warm pair of books for the winter and not finding ones that will zip up over the calf.
