  • End of Wk #1 Weigh in today, down 8 lbs, yippee! I love IP, had a few days of hunger in the afternoon, but have learned to adjust the time I eat my lunch so I can make it through till dinner. All of the threads here are so informative and motivating, I just keep coming back to read the great posts!
  • Week One weigh in yesterday , DOWN 8 POUNDS! Woohoo, I am ready for week 2.
  • Hi. I just had my WI today. Since 6/1, I have lost a total of 13.4 lbs according to my coach's scale. I have also lost 2.6% body fat.

    From my start on 6/1, my measurements were down:
    Chest - 1.5"
    Waist - 2.5"
    Hip - 2"
    Arm - 0.5"
    Leg - 1.5"
    For a total of 8"

    According to my scale, I am down 13.1 lbs. My 30 day home WI is on Friday! So maybe I will have lost another 2 lbs by then to hit my goal of 15 lbs.

  • I lost 2.6 this week for a total of 12.6 lbs in the last three weeks Don't think I'm going to hit 20 in four weeks but I'm hoping to do 15 for sure!
  • I'm in. . Need to lose 38 lbs. I'll be starting the protocol on Friday and My goal is to lose it by Mid September. If I average 15 lbs/month... then I think I got a shot!

    Congrats Jordanna! That's awesome. I am not gonna hit 20 as originally hoped either. We still ROCK!

  • I'm in.. I had my first weigh in on Tuesday, down 10 lbs.. Would LOVE 15-20 my first month!
  • I suppose I could join this one too because the more support and accountability the better. I want to lose 15 for the July challenge so I will do 15 for my first month too. I'm finishing my first week tomorrow and will let you know my loss.
  • Ok Im in!! I just started On Monday...so I will weigh in on the 4th and let every one know!!! I'm hoping to drop 20 the first month in time enough for my beach vacation...but honestly I just NEED to loose this weight...no matter how long it takes!!
    Today was day 3 ....and so far the worst for me...I was starving all morning....and was really getting light headed late afternoon...hope tomorrow is better

  • WOOHOOOOOOO!!!! I made it to 15 lbs in only 3 weeks!!! I am super excited!! My next goal is to be down to at least 225 by my vacation at the end of August!! I am hoping to do even better then that!!!
