I know I am calorie counting! I am focusing more on veggies and fruits too, cutting the sugar and bread and all white things. I use Sparkpeople to add my Fitness and The Daily Plate aka Livestrong to track calories and what-not.
As for Banners or whatnot, we used to do them and I may have some left, not sure but everyone is welcome to snag my Blinkie in my Sig, because that's how I got it!
