My co-worker, who's on WW, had a b'day today, and several more of us are also trying to lose, so instead of the usual cake route, we ended up getting those small WW ice cream cups (chocolate fudge brownie).

Never had one before, it was pretty good.
Ice cream's not a big temptation to me--I like it but I don't crave it. Cheese and salty snacks are my temptations.

Actually, now I'm addicted to almonds....for the time being anyway. I tend to phase in and out of having a certain food consistently for a period of time and then move on to something else. But I figure the almonds are keeping me from worse snack food so that's good.
Anyway, being in the challenge is helping me to get my motivation to exercise back but I kinda feel like I'm starting almost from scratch again in terms of stamina. Not as bad as when I first started in 2007 but not as good as when I stopped either. Oh, well, all in good time, I guess. Doing something is better than doing nothing.
