  • I got in about 40 minutes of the Boot camp again before my DVD player started screwing up. I tried putting in the 35 minute Ab workout by BB too, and it wouldn't work at all. So I did some crunches on my resistance ball.
  • 23 - weight lifting for an hour
  • 23 - 45-min yoga class; 20 min on the treadmill

    27 - 20 min on the treadmill; 60-min ashtanga class (I specify ashtanga instead of regular yoga because I am tired and sore now and am trying to feel like less of a wimp)
