  • 21 - 6000m (about 35 min) on the rowing machine
  • Pilates 30 min
  • I think I probably missed some postings, but I've done at least 30 min of cardio a day, as well as some strength training, while I was traveling to be with family. i'm back home now (though I'm leaving on a business trip on Wednesday).

    Today:

    80 min strength training
    15 min yoga
    55 min elliptical
  • 2 miles watp
  • Jumping jacks, push-ups, sit-ups - 15 Minutes.
    Weights: Arms, chest, back, legs - 25 minutes.
  • 22 - Bike to work and back, about 55 min, including the Giant Hill
  • 60 min elliptical
    30 min yoga.
  • KickButt Crunch Time 40 min
  • 40 minutes on the TM until blister popped and I bled everywhere. Owie!!!
    10 minutes weights:legs, chest, 51 push-ups & 100 crunches.
  • 23 - Bike to work and back, about 55 min, including the Giant Hill
  • OK, tons of credit for me...I flew today, I'm exhausted, and I had a long day at work. And when I got back to my hotel, STARVING and cranky, I did an hour of cardio.
  • My goal for July is 1100 minutes.
