  • Hi Nothing new,went on the scale to see what damage was after the weekend and I was down. CAN"T FIGURE!!!

    d-turkey chili with Rev. Roll

    sn-1c decaf coffee with praline 'n' cream creamer

    s-Frank & bean pizza[recipe] 1c garden veggies soup

    sn-Atkins shake

    80 oz water-------------------------------------------exercise on sticky

  • It's seems I'm always trying to catch up on my posts - no news on the scale for the DC W/I - but my inches are down so I guess I just picked the wrong type of goal

    YM:
    B: rev roll w/ cream cheese
    S: 1/4 mixed nuts
    L: chicken ceaser salad
    D: chicken dumpling soup

    TM:
    B: rev roll w/ cream cheese
    S: 1/4 cup mixed nuts
    L: chef salad w/ blue cheese
    D: tuna w/ tbsp mayo
  • Glad you checked in laura . . . it's a habit for me to Post when I wake up with my coffee. Christmas Parties everywhere at work tonight - starting off with:

    B: LC yogurt protein smoothie
    scrambled eggs

    (Something about scrambled eggs makes me less likely to overeat later I just remembered)

    I will pick out whatever Salads are lc to go with my ham & cheese buffet bonanza for lunch/snack/supper tonight.
  • Had prolly little less than 1/4 cup green bean casserole (w/o the crunchy onion topping) and about 4 bites of homemade coleslaw (until I tasted that it was loaded with sugar) - along with the ham & cheese fest last nite.

    Not too sure about today - starting out with the usual LC Yogurt/Protein Smoothie and going from there.

    I'll Post after the shift or tomorrow.
  • I keep forgetting to post here!

    With al the stress yesterday I didn't eat much at all. Consumed all of 642 calories the entire day, but the days before that were equally as bad but on the High carb/calorie end instead of low. My body is prolly freaking out. LOL! Trying to get it straight today. haven't weighed myself cuz I am scared.

    Can't believe the challenge is almost over. Yikes!!I haven't lost a thing,but I will W-I tomorrow before we leave for our DD's.Hope I lost some thing or maintained. This was a wicked year for weight loss.Hope next year is better.

    my menu

    b-fried egg on 1 WW waffle and 1tb cream for decaf coffee

    d- oyster and veggie stir fry,2 egg roll

    sn- yogurt

    supper-soup & sandwich.

  • Mmmm . . . oyster stir fry??? Sounds YUM beachie! W/I tonight at work and not sure I've lost (feel kind of Puff-Auddie) - but so glad you thought of the Dec. Challenge 'cause it has helped me to be "mindful" during this busycrazytimeoftheyear - and that's GOTTA be a plus!

  • Hey!!! If there a prize for WHO GAINED THE MOST THIS DEC. CHALLENGE

    I would take it as I gained 5 lbs in one day[have no idea why]and than an additional 4 at my DD's.

    Hope you right AUDthats it water weight,that I can loose easily.

    Beachie it's so nice to see you back.

    Well today I was back OP. I am totally figting the urg to go into the kitchen and find some chocolate but I WILL be strong! I've been running to the dang bathroom ALL day because I have been drinking water like a mad woman trying to clean my system out. THAT was my exercise, lol!

    Menu:

    2 Egg, ham and cheese omeltte
    1 Slice Whole grain wheat extra fiber
    teaspoon butter

    Apple
    Almonds

    Half turkey sandwich on Wheat ^
    A little Conola helman's mayo
    1 cup corn .5 tsp butter

    Here's my numbers:
    1455 Calories
    101 Carbs
    89 Protein
  • Hi Ladies

    Not starting the low carb until Wed 1/2,that my new W-I day as well.

    Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas with family or friends I did. The only thing that troubled me was my weight gain of 9-lbs,but fortunately it was just temporary as I lost 5 lbs of it.

    Going to change my ticker to read correctly for the New Year.
