Phase II is going GREAT. My weigh-in days are Sundays so I have now officially lost 15 lb. To answer your question, I lost 5 lbs on my own, 5lbs during Week 1 of Fat Smash (Phase I with no exercise

), 3 lb during Week 2 (Phase I & II with a lot of exercise), and 2 lb during Week 3 (with no exercise

). So I've lost 10 lbs on Fat Smash so far.
Exercise REALLY makes a difference in my energy levels, weight loss, and overall fitness. However, I was sooo busy this week. (I know -- excuses, excuses.) I also accidentally skipped the snacks and ate late at night.
I'm gonna set a reminder on my cell phone to notify me when it's time to eat so I won't forget and have to eat past 8pm. I'm also going walking later on today -- two miles!
