Boy this thread is moving fast lol .. okee .. I got back from the gym not long ago, Ash is cooking dinner for us (home made sweet & sour chicken meatballs and rice) so I thought I would get in here before I let the day go by and try to catch up.
The gym was great .. I have a lovely personal trainer called Katrina! We have so much in common in our past so she is lovely

She is a hard taskmaster tho lol .. got in a total of 50 minutes of working out for the fitness assessment .. not too bad a result either
My program consists of the treadmill and exercycle for 15 min each, then 20 minutes in the weight area, then crunches and stretches for 10 minutes. She has also said that whichever aerobics class I do not to do the program on the same day as I will kill myself rofl.
When I was there today I noticed how busy the pool area was as its the school holidays, so I think I will just do the exercise programme for the next couple of weeks until school goes back as I dont really feel confident enough yet to put on a swimsuit with so many people there. But this exercise regime will definitely keep me busy I think
I have set 2 goals with my trainer. The first is to reach 110kg by my birthday (but I have a reserve happy point at 115 lol), the second it to reach 90-95kg by Xmas. When I reach that point I will then decide how much further I want to go .. will still be overweight, but I cant remember the last time I was under 100kg so that will be a buzz on its own lol .. will also mean I would have lost about 130 pounds! So Im almost halfway there
Okee .. gotta go .. time to save the rice or it ends up fried instead of boiled rofl.
