You have done amazing, whenever I need inspiration, I pop over and read your history again and BOOM -- I'm back on track .

Charles - If you can do it... so can I! I have always felt that my 180 lbs overweight was impossible .... well,,, you have proven to me and everyone else that weight - no matter how much - can be lost.. Thanks for sharing your story and keep it up... and please share more ... God bless!!
