So, not my best month.

I'm surprisingly not feeling much disappointment, just ready to give it another go in July. I wasn't regularly exercising in June, and w/o that, I need to cut my calories lower than I did to get results. I'll be changing things up for July to make sure I get some results.
Well done to all participants, and congrats to those who dropped!

And, to those like me who didn't, good luck in July. I know we can do it.
