Way to go kfunk for getting into One-derland!
I just returned from a business conference and am up a pound. That goes in the 'win' column for me . It could have been much worse! Water, water, water and I will kick that pound to the curb along with a few of his friends!

I weighed myself on Monday and down a lb. Yeah me! Weighed myself today and up 2 lbs! Farg nabit.
However on the win scale - I have been adding exercise into my evenings while watching TV. Not every night but so far 3. I'll get back up eventually. For whatever reason lately I have been really tired. I guess I should add more iron into my diet.

Hey everyone! I told you I would be back about half way through the month. I am a few days late, because I had to get some new batteries for my scale and go grocery shopping to restock everything after the move. But, I am here now...and, let me tell you, I totally fell off the wagon during our travels. Pretty much all the bad foods and habits I dropped back in December came flooding back to me, and I did some damage. I weighed in at 231.6 this morning....a full 9 lbs up in just 3.5 weeks! WOW.
I am hoping that about half of that is just bloat from the insane amounts of sodium and that I will be able to get back down more quickly than with a solid 10 lbs of fat. Fingers crossed! 
So, while I am not completely back in my routine yet, I want to jump back in to things with the hope that it will help me readjust back into my normal mode. I know there are only 11 days left of the month, but I want to see how much of that travel gain I can get off by the end of the month. I'm hoping for at least 5 lbs, so that is my actual goal for the rest of June, but I'd be thrilled if some of this was just bloat, and I was able to get back to where I was by the end. Not going to hold my breath on that one, but we will see. I'm not going to change my tickers yet, because I want to keep that number of 222.6 on the forefront as motivation to get started up again. I will just add a little side-ticker to show my progress on re-losing this gain.
I'm so ready to get back on track...I've felt dehydrated and just generally sick & blah, and even my knees are aching again. Just 9 lbs up, and already feeling that way like I did back in the beginning. Probably because of the junk food trashing up my system and just putting on that weight so quickly more than the actual number itself. Going to go drink tons of water today and start heading out for my walks again this evening. Arizona is TOO HOT right now to deal with afternoon sun...it's barely noon, and it's already in the triple digits. The "Real Feel" is currently 110° and rising!

I've been away from the site for about 6 weeks, had some surgery and ready to get back at it again. I have done very little exercise in the past several weeks so need to get back to my exercise.

Ophelia I am so glad that you are back!! How did your move go? I wouldn't worry about what the scale says, it is probably mostly water retention! I have a sneaking suspicion that you will be able to get back to your 222.6 faster than you think! I hope that you have an easier time getting back on plan than I have had. I have been struggling since the beginning of May. During the week I am good, but have been making poor decisions on the weekends. I am going to try REALLY hard to finish the month out strong. I don't know where my commitment went, but I would love to get it back!!

flower1: Welcome back! I just came back yesterday, as well. We'll just get back on track together, lol. Hoping you're healing nicely from your surgery. 
kfunk: Thank you, me too! It went alright....it was long, because we had that two weeks before the actual travel across country visiting family in other parts of Georgia, so we are a little worn out to say the least. Glad to have our own beds back after so long in hotel beds and air mattresses, though! Half the house is still packed away in a sea of boxes, but we're finally starting to make some headway on the process of getting moved in. We moved into a smaller place, so I'm thinking we'll have to do a big donation purge and reevaluate what we really need or find important. It's all making me feel a little claustrophobic in the meantime, haha. Hoping we're both able to get fully back on track soon! It's been difficult to just drop all the bad habits I picked back up so suddenly, so I get the troubles with sticking to good decisions all the time thing. It's really thrown me for a loop how easy it is to regain once you fall off the wagon for a bit.
I say we do our absolute best for the end of this month and then use July to really start kicking some butt again!!

Weigh-in was already down a bit to 229.2 today, so I'm thinking that drinking all the water is helping for sure. I also weighed-in at my normal time, which was a full hour later, so that may have affected the drop, as well. Either way, I hope I keep moving down steadily -- at least until I catch back up!
Until then, I am having trouble staying away from the cookies we have left in the cupboard, so I will have to work on that, as well. Haha.

Weigh-in was down a little more to 228.8 today. Not as much as yesterday, but I ended up having some snacks while watching a late night movie with my husband (grapes, string cheese, and even a cookie...whoops!), but it is still a loss -- so, I will happily take it. Also, there was a thunderstorm last night, so I wasn't able to get a walk in....but, I did better on my water, so there are both pros and cons. Hoping to get in at least a couple miles tonight!

Ophelia I don't envy you, unpacking is no fun at all!! We have lived in this house for 2 years and we still have an extra bedroom filled with boxes and crap that we haven't found a place for! I love going though our things and donating, it makes me so happy to get rid of stuff that we don't use! It is SO hard to get back on track!! It sounds like you are doing a great job though!! I have had a very good 3 day stretch, and am going to keep going strong!! We can do it!!
