Kittycat, what a great outlook to the start of the week... NO EXCUSES!!

weight 125.5
last night was the first time in a long time that I managed to stay out of the kitchen instead of poking around thru the entire evening. I felt noshy, had an activia yogurt with maybe 1/4 cup cottage cheese in it and called it quits.

today's goal:
continue to stay on point with food.

exercise will be either long walk or run.

tomorrow starts the july thread!!!

Good morning!

I'm going to admit defeat with the June ticker and plan anew for July. I seriously lost focus for a couple of days there and need to do some repair work. What kind of Nanny, Mom, wife, sister, nurse can I be if I'd not feeling strong, healthy and worthy?
Of course those are the things that can drive us 'round the bend ... It's like a dog chasing his tail. Responsibilities drive us nutty and remove our focus from keeping ourselves healthy enough to fulfill our responsibilities.

I must get crackin' for July!! I'm meeting someone I've never met before and must be in the best shape ever ...

Yesterday was good food and exercise wise... Today will be the same, I PROMISE ... I will bike afterwork and go to the gym tonight...

Just wanted to say - June goal met and smashed!!! Goal was 132 - actual weight at end of June - 130.6!! I have lost 5.2 lb in June - not bad at this stage of a diet.

Bring on July! End of July goal is a bit complicated as I'm not dropping whole pounds by then - I'm down to 3/4 pound a week so mathematically, my goal for the last day in July is 127.8.
