    Feel free to join us in the numbered threads as well. There is a general one and one for those of us 40+. Hmmm... maybe I should get myself over there. Anyway, the threads move fast, and it's tough knowing who people are at first, but you'll get the hang of it! And great support!

    I got back to the gym and swam for 20 minutes!

    Group total ~ 1489 + 20 = 1509 min
  • I've got 69 minutes to add... got some extra in last night. I'm adding cardio dance this month. I don't expect to be consistent--half the month I'll be at my mother's house, so I'm hoping to get most of the way to goal before that.

    Group 1509 + 69 = 1578
  • OK. So I only did 16 minutes on the TM, but that's 16 minutes more than I've done in 2 or 3 weeks, so hurray!

    16 + 1578 = ... where's my calculator? ... 1594
  • I walked 25 min with my kids...one of these days I am going to be able to keep up with them....hey one of these days I am going to have them wishing to keep up with me. =)

    Personal Goal - 50/500

    Group Total - 1594 + 25 = 1619

    2nd - walking 25 min
    3rd - walking 35 min
    4th - Richard Simmons 60 min

    Total to add - 160 minutes

    GROUP TOTAL - 1619 + 160 = 1779 minutes

  • I got up and exercised early today. First time in a long time I did that on a workday!! Hopefully that good habit is on it's way back in! I did 31 minutes on the Gazelle.


    GROUP TOTAL 1809 + 31 = 1840

    was gonna do a little more but my easy cycle broke dang it!
  • 20 minutes bike = 7.5 miles & 20 minutes weights Upper body.

    1960+40= 2000 Group Total
  • Personal Total: 240 of 1500

    Group Total: 2000 + 75 = 2075
  • Group Total: 2075 + 25 = 2100
  • Adding my minutes so far for the month, done using WATP or walking the dog outside.

    Personal: 185/950

    Group: 2100 + 185 = 2285

    Jogging/walking 55 mins, Gazelle 20 min, total 75 min
    Personal total 225 (1775 to go)

    Group total 2285 + 75 = 2360
  • Sue -- We are rocking. We were behind, but we're making up the time -- getting closer!

    It looks like Patti had an adding error (1840 + 76 should be 1916, not 1940). If that's the case, then we need to subtract 44 minutes.

    I have 40 minutes on the elliptical to add.
