  • I just squeezed in 1.13 miles on the treadmill before we go to my son's Scout banquet at 6!

  • Ohhhh my heart was just not into it tonight... my legs were sore from the gym yesterday... and my dog was really acting up.. but i tuffed it out and got 3 miles!!
  • Thursday: 3.9 miles
    For the challenge: 41.15/remaining: 58.85
  • 3 more miles now up to 30 miles
  • Only had time for 15 minutes on the treadmill, whic got me .87 mile.

  • I took today off. I'm still feeling my weight lifting from yesterday, but I did spend an hour on the treadmill yesterday. I plan to hoof it some more tomorrow.

  • have u guys seen any change in your weight since upping your walking? It really seems to have helped me.. i was stuck for a while and now i am losing again.. i guess it really does help to change up your type of exercise..
  • Yes, curlylocks I have had changes in my weight. I lost 3 when I weight in on Tuesday then day before yesterday I got on the scale and lost 2 more pounds but, don't want to push it I will get back on the scale Tuesday to see if I maintain that weight lost. But, the walking does help me alot.
  • I hopped on my treadmill this morning with some good fast-paced music and did 40 minutes (2.26 miles)!
