I totally feel like I slacked off last week. I need to get going again, one way or another, and my cardio/aerobic stuff needs to start taking a priority to playing around with the weights.

The weekdays are harder for me as well.. when i get off work i am mentally drained... but if i make myself get out there i feel so much better... Iv'e been trying to make myself get in bed by 9:30 and setting the alarm so i can walk before work .. but it just isnt happening
