    ahhhh 78 degrees .. just last week i awoke to 29 degrees ... gotta love it... tho i hear the 30's are comming back next week!

    got out got some sunshine & 3 miles! i might even go another 3 later this evening!

  • 78 degrees, hey no fair, I woke up to snow. Well it melted before noon, but still....

    Sunday: 3.75 miles
    Total: 28.25 miles/remaining: 71.75
  • 3 more miles so that makes 18 total
  • Buddha its 80 today... (sowwy) but the weatherman says back to the 30's by wednesday! I took the day off from work today... and me and my walking partner got out there and did 4 miles!!


    this would b so much easier if i didnt have to do the trivial stuff .. like earn a living... haha i enjoy these morning walks when i dont have to go to work after!!!

    I'm doing 10 miles this week if it kills me. I totally feel like I slacked off last week. I need to get going again, one way or another, and my cardio/aerobic stuff needs to start taking a priority to playing around with the weights.

    So, the goal for this week is 10 miles.

  • I did the 1 mile Power Mile tonight with the new soft weights. It's a busy week, so walks will be shorter, but I'll do them!

  • Way to go Lesa & Michele The weekdays are harder for me as well.. when i get off work i am mentally drained... but if i make myself get out there i feel so much better... Iv'e been trying to make myself get in bed by 9:30 and setting the alarm so i can walk before work .. but it just isnt happening
    I get up by 6:30 but i must not come to life till about 10 hehehe..
