40 min walk/run, wasn't so bad after all.
maybe because I was watching tv...
as part of my daily exercise.
I downloaded a novice training schedule to help me train for a 5K race in April, but the run for today is 1.75 miles and its freezing outside (-5F) !!! My gym is also closed today so not sure if I can get that cardio in. Other than the huge blister on my foot.....so far so good. Have a great day!
