I just ran for 36 minutes... which is the longest ever! But I did walk a little bit and I had a stitch and felt a bit
But I DID IT! According to my Navman Sport|Tool it was 4.6km... 
I'm aiming for a 30 minute 5K. I think it's possible!

Here's to hoping I feel good enough to run come Fri! I feel so blah without running for 2 days

Hello - posting my pre-run dedication!
Hoping to do 5K at lunch and I'm feeling pretty good about it. Just need to get some fluids in me first!

this morning in 58:15 which I'm well pleased with. i can't do a long run at the weekend, so I'm increasing the distance of my shorter runs throughout the week to try to make up for it. This one wasn't even meant to be particularly fast and it's still nearly a minute faster than I've run the distance before!
