  • On December 1, 2014 I weighed 152.8. I would like to be at that weight by Christmas.

    09/11 ~ 176.4 (+2.3) whew I am definitely not doing well

    09/25 ~ 172.4 (-1.6) second day on the Dukan Diet <--- fell off the wagon, picked up again on the 26th

    -1.2lbs in September, 19.6 to go
  • Welcome girljam and New Englander! I love this forum and the challenge threads....it keeps me honest by "forcing" me to post weight. I try to make sure I post every day, but sometimes I skip a day or two and fill in when I come back. Good luck!


  • I have been updating my weight on my first post. I just got back from almost a week of vacation. I didn't do very well. But will keep on working at losing weight and exercising. Good Luck, Everyone!

    I weighed 198.2 Lbs before I went on vacation so actually gained more weight than this challenge shows.
