Today's Exercise:
2-mile walk around the track, 10 minutes on elliptical, 3 sets of 12 reps each on 5 leg and hip machines and 3 waist and back machines

I love onions cooked in foods also. They don't love me as much though, lol! I can't do raw onions at all. They upset my stomach badly. But I also have to be careful about how many cooked onions I eat. I've found I do best with vidalia onions. During their season, I buy bags of them and chop them up and freeze them to have them on hand.

Good for you for deciding to concentrate on your health rather than the scale! Your health is what it's all about! I hope the scale goes down for you as a bonus of course (the pregnancy analogy is a good one), but keeping your blood sugar under control is what really matters! I am rooting for you to be able to get off the meds!
I hope you find a way to sleep more soundly, and if you do, please share! I've had interrupted sleep for years too.
