  • Because I love the way my new pants look on me I love that they are 1 size down and that I can move in them
  • Because I just dipped under a BMI of 40, which is the threshold for morbid obesity. I do not want to EVER be above that red line.

    That was one of the best days of my life and like you, I never want to go back there again (and we won't!).

    I'm staying on plan today as I want out of the 190s now, I want to be far far away from the 200 mark so there is no chance of going back near it even with scale fluctuations.
  • Because I wanna finally feel what its like to be in control of my life !!
  • Because that scale of mine is a mean old liar and I want to prove it wrong!
  • Because I'm not going to let stress and stress-eating cravings win.
  • Because I'm on a roll and I want that momentum to continue.
  • Because I'm so close to the 180's!
  • because I hate the way my pants are hanging loose on me and I really want to be able to fit into the next lower size hopefully by end of this month!!!
  • because I am ready to live my life normal now and I have this in control. I have been successful and I am proud of myself !
  • because I want to be as thin as possible for DD the older's wedding next weekend.
