I'm so glad this thread has taken off and we are all doing well! But changergirl, please take care of yourself!!! Don't make your ankle worse!! We need you on our "running team" here!!
Completed W4 D1 today, wow what a difference!! Those 5 minutes seem like they are 10x longer than the 3 minutes LOL!!
I just kept telling myself that I could always walk if I had to, but I didn't have to. My left thigh muscles and my right butt area muscles were a little sore while I was running but not enough to make me stop.
Just remember that I do it on a treadmill so it's easier than you ladies doing the ground running (I envy you!) and I'm only running/jogging at 3.8mph so if it seems easy for me, I made it easy for me.

I can't run as fast as some of you are but I admire you fast ones!!
This thread makes me happy. I had a rough day today and in the past, I would have self-medicated my sad feelings with food and drink. Instead I hopped on my treadmill and pounded it out. What a difference in my life and now I get to share it all with you!! So happy!
