Maybe I don't need to know, but I was wondering what your numbers next to the length of your run indicate? Just curious, curvynotlumpy!
  • I'm off of my 'practice week' and now onto the real deal!... but I do want to change my goal to walk atleast 4 days a week in the morning before work instead of 5... Sometimes I just can't get myself up, especially on Mondays & Fridays....

Hey RVAscreenwriter thanks for asking, but no big secret. It's my own little system to keep track of miles run. This month my goal is 35 running miles. The first number is where I'm at currently, the second is distance ran on specific day, and the third number is the remainder after subtracting the two. I have 8.14 miles to go before reaching my goal for March.
  • OH! <smacks forehead>
Good work keeping up with your goal!
  • Good for you, Savemykissesx, for getting back at it and changing something to see what's going to work better for you.
