    Hmmm. Maybe they don't to IP anymore than?? I'm trying out a new clinic in Kent today since my favorite coach is no longer at Lake Tapps...

    I am going to the clinic in Bellevue. Just started this past Wednesday and looking forward to my first weigh in on Wed. It has been fairly easy...except eating all those vegetables. Two cups is ALOT!

    Met with my new coach in Bonney Lake today - LOVE her so far!!! She's been successful on the program, so that's a good baseline (I know she knows what I'm going through). They were VERY knowledgeable. I'm excited!!!

    I had a good experience with mine today... She is hoping that ill be at goal by the end of summer. So let's just cross my fingers...

    I feel like i did pretty good today. I stayed op, I felt real tempted today because I feel tired and didn't do that much, just hung around home and did some house work and prepped the veggies. I have gotten in all my water.

    That is GREAT!!! I'm so glad you like you new clinic and coach. Reaching goal by the end of summer, that is wonderful!

    Yup. The big one. Right at the end of 18... In the dressing isle...

    No. I'm not going to Linda... I didn't like how they make you do those tape things. And she's way more spendy in my eyes... I'm going to a clinic in downtowish.... It's off of Washington sorta by kmart.
