Hi all I'm in Auburn, just started yesterday, today is first day on the program doing ok, not overly hungry. that usually hits in the afternoon after work.
you arent too far away from me... I think that there was a clinic in Auburn that did it too...
You get the ticker when you are a member of the forums for 20 days and have at least 20 Posts. Good luck in your first week, don't forget when your head hurts you should lick the back of your hand put some sea salt on it and drink a glass of water. Rinse and repeat..... the headache will go away.
I am going to the clinic in Bellevue. Just started this past Wednesday and looking forward to my first weigh in on Wed. It has been fairly easy...except eating all those vegetables. Two cups is ALOT!

Met with my new coach in Bonney Lake today - LOVE her so far!!! She's been successful on the program, so that's a good baseline (I know she knows what I'm going through). They were VERY knowledgeable. I'm excited!!!

I had a good experience with mine today... She is hoping that ill be at goal by the end of summer. So let's just cross my fingers...
I feel like i did pretty good today. I stayed op, I felt real tempted today because I feel tired and didn't do that much, just hung around home and did some house work and prepped the veggies. I have gotten in all my water.

I'm so excited for you! I've been seeing Tina, she seem very nice and knows a lot.
Which one, there are 2 in Fed. Way, my daughter lives by the big one..

No. I'm not going to Linda... I didn't like how they make you do those tape things. And she's way more spendy in my eyes... I'm going to a clinic in downtowish.... It's off of Washington sorta by kmart.
