    That gets me to 320 out of 1800.

    June 5th... Walked 5 miles (5/25)

  • Day 4 of 21+, done.

    Unorthodox workout today --- I spent the entire day cleaning. No, the computer wasn't broken either. lol Normally I wouldn't count cleaning as my 'official' exercise but it was many, many hours and much work.

    June 2 - 2.6 miles walking + 1 mile jogging (3.6 miles total; 50 minutes)
    June 3 - 2.6 miles walking + 1 mile jogging (3.6 miles total; 50 minutes)
    June 4 - 2 miles walking + 1 mile jogging (3 miles total; 40 minutes)
    June 5 - 1 mile walk + 2.5 mile run @ 5mph + warm up/cool down walk and stretching (4.3 miles total; 70 minutes)

    Mia: I'm fine, thank you. I am going through fertility treatments right now, and so my exercise is restricted. Today I got the ok to run though, yay! I just have to keep it slow and easy, which is perfectly fine by me.
