I went to what I thought was my consultation last night, but it turns out it was just a seminar. *doh* ...so I officially have my consultation on Dec 6th and will start the next day. I JUST WANT TO START ALREADY haha!

On a side note, I really liked the clinic. The owner/doctor is hilarious and has lost about 100lbs on the plan himself.

Not to mention, the clinic has over 60 IP products to choose from...I didn't even know there were that many! A couple that stuck out that I want to try are mint chocolate pudding and a RTD mixed berry shake! Mmm!

HMMMMMM.......mint chocolate pudding and a RTD mixed berry shake.....These must be new because I don't have these at my clinic!!!...its great when you have a great coach, it makes a difference. Good luck!

I'm doing well in the big picture...stay OP, drinking my water, a little problem being consistent w/those last two calciums of the day, but overall things are going really well. That said!!!....the goal for the day...oh please please body, just poo already! Ugh, I'm beyond miserable. And yes, I'm taking pills for it as well as choosing veggies w/the most roughage. Waiting.......

Hi I started on Nov.2 and have lost 32lbs. as of this morning. I've been looking at this site daily and its really encouaging reading others posts and especially looking at peoples goal photos.

I hadn't seen/heard of a lot of products either. I'm excited to go back and really check out what there is! I'm not sure if it has anything to do with it, but I guess the owner is one of the US representative for the diet...He travels all around the country giving seminars/helping set up the program.

I wonder why they don't sell the products online? I know they want you to be enrolled in the program, but it seems like each clinic could have an online store. That way all products could be available to everyone.

Well maybe I will meet him when I get my clinic up and running at the beginning of the year is what I am pushing for. I think it is an accountability thing is why you can't purchase online. There is Ideal to go, but there are certain requirements that have to be fulfilled. You have to be within a certain amount of miles away from a clinic before you are able to do it that way. There is a rhyme and reason to the way they do it I suppose and hey, its working!!!

That's fantastic. My doctor convinced me to try this program because his wife opened a clinic, and the two of them lost quite a bit of weight on it. He didn't push his wife's clinic on me but did gush about Ideal Protein. In the end, I didn't go to her clinic. I chose one that a few miles closer to my house.

I think that having someone who has used and succeeded on IP running a clinic helps folks feel better about joining. The proof of its success is staring you right in the face.

Exactly what everyone keeps telling me. Now I have to come up with a catchy name for it....so I am up for suggestions!!!

How about "Gone A-Weigh"? ;0)
