  • I tried to do Cardio Callanetics against my better judgement, but I'm still feeling achy and got a little lightheaded during the 5 minute warmup. I think I'd better wait one more day. I really hope to be feeling better by tomorrow. I'm getting antsy not working out.

  • Thankyou, gardenerjoy! For some strange reason, I feel like I'm letting everyone here down by not workout out. To make it worse, I feel worse this morning than I did yesterday, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to work out today either. It ticks me off really.

    But congratulations to the rest of your for doing so well. I hope to be joining back again soon.
