It's really discouraging.. but I'm trying to not weigh myself daily so I don't feel so depressed all the time.
I feel like I've fallen off of the wagon!
I haven't GAINED any weight, but I just haven't been trying to lose either...
I'm still 168-170 (depending on the day) :S
my back went out randomly on the 21st and I didn't work out again (other than ballet) until yesterday!
how is everyone else doing?!
