Well I was sure glad I weighed myself this morning...I had a really hardcore gym session last night and must have sweated half to death because I lost 2 pounds from yesterday. Mind you weight is falling off me right now because I am just starting.

Ugh...epic fail today. I ate like a pig at a family lunch because my mother referred to me as the "smart one" and my sister as the "pretty one" I was just heartbroken. She keeps telling people that thinking it is a funny joke. But she has no idea how hurtful it is.
UGH! It was a stressful week and I stopped tracking midweek and of course kicked myself when I weighed in today and the woman gave me a scoff "you gained 3 lbs"...dang it!! So, it was a total downer but I'm trying to keep in mind, it happens...don't let it get me off track.
Hopefully I can do it!! I'm hoping for a better number next week!

My weight is up. I weighed myself this morning but will WI again tomorrow and send you the official number. I am feeling good and think I'm almost back on track, though, so hopefully things can only get better.
