  • Quote: Just got home from WI #3, and I am down a total of 15.2 pounds
I think I will work my butt off this week and be 110% dedicated and try to get to 20 pounds for my first month. That would be amazing.
WOOHOO congrats Jessica!! Go for 20! Hopefully I can do the same
  • I have been in from afar!!
I started doing IP May 31. I have used this thread to do it and have appreciated all your help! I am using EAS and protien stuff from nashua.

  • WI 1.....down 6.5#

    Woohooo!!!
  • Hi Jordanna, thanks for all your input. I agree with sticking to the IP products. I need to at least until I get this under control.
  • I want to join you all too and will post as soon as I figure out how.
  • 1st WI yesterday. Lost 6 lbs!! Was able to get different food than just the dry packets. Love the bars, love the choc drink. Was discouraged, but am now empowered. I know I can do this now.
  • 1st WI -5lbs! Yay! I was a little confused though my counselor seemed disappointed?? lol
  • This is my first time ever to join a forum but would love to be a part of this challenge! On June 13th my scale said 178.4, I sorta started on my own by giving up the carbs and sugar and lost 4lbs. Then on Saturday 6/18, I was stricken with either food poisoning or a stomach bug and we also had our first appt with our coach, she weighed me in at 173. My DH and I started IP the next day (my scale said 171.8) so today is officially day 6 for us and we weigh in on the 27th, but my scale said 166.2 this morning! Woo hoo! I do realize that the food poisoning helped speed up this process by totally cleaning out my digestive track, but hey I'll take it, the numbers are very motivating, lol!

I must add that all of your posts and updates are so encouraging, keep up the good work!
  • My first weigh in was yesterday and I lost 4 pounds and 6 inches. I'm happy with that
  • Third WI today down another 3lbs.

    W1: 4lbs
    W2:4lbs
    W3:3lbs 11lbs gone buh bye

congrats to you all on the great losses!! This diet is amazing and we can all hit and surpass our 15lb target for the first month if we stick too it!

For all those who'd like to join the newbie challenge, feel free! Just report back here once a week and we'll all encourage each other to get to our goal. It's nice to share in a common experience with others so even when those of us who started a few weeks ago move on, this challenge can still be here for all those starting after us
  • WI 1st week and lost 6.3lbs. Yepyep!
Still feeling hungry though, my coach thinks that maybee I'm a sugar addict and have not reached the ketoses stage yet. So no stevia in my coffee and no restricted foods this week. Hopefully this will work.
  • I decided to weigh in early, I can't resist the temptation of my scale.

I'm down 5 pounds! I was super excited to finally be back in the 100-somethings (even if just slightly).
  • Had my 2nd WI on Friday and have lost 9.8 lbs. Yea. I hope I can lose more than 15 my first month but would be happy with 15. Great job everyone.
  • Hi everybody, i am on Week 3--today's weigh in --only down 2.5 lbs I was expecting more, i had a really stressful week and my coach thought that could be it. The good news is that I have lost 15.5 pounds in 3 weeks...hopefully next week I will lose a little more.
