I hope all is well and you are having a good day. I posted my weight this morning and I was down 3.8lbs from last week. I guess even though I had to take a couple rest days my eating kept me in check. I did actually work out 3 times yesterday but I made sure to ice my foot right after and it seems to have helped.
Echo - that sucks about your instructor I hope you get a better feel of him soon so that your lessons are more enjoyable again. I remember when I took my drivers test I had this one guy and he made me feel so nervous. I would not have a clue how to do multilane round abouts so your already better than me and I've been driving for years. Here's hoping your 2lbs was just water retention and your down again this morning. By the way with my double workouts I'm still not burning as many calories as you are with one so don't worry you are having great calorie burns.
weebleswobble - don't worry our bodies react when we go out of our normal routines so you will be back to yourself in no time and the weight will also be gone soon (if you even have a gain)
doragone - sorry that you are still having such a hard time with everything I hope you knee gets better soon. I would be interested to know what hypnosis program you downloaded. I hope you feel better soon and I know your don't give up attitude will get you there.


Makes me wanna cry thinking about them grown. But I will have to learn to embrace it. It's going to happen. And I have faith that they will be good, responsible, caring, happy, productive people. But glad they are still babies right now.
