Well - I guess I will start the BFC tomorrow!! I have been on a super restrictive calorie reduced low carb diet for the last 3 weeks and have lost 13 lbs and I was going to do it for another week so I could fit back into my work clothes (heading back to work as my maternity leave is ending)!! But I can't do it anymore - it's so restrictive and I'm starving!! ha ha
Anyways rather than wait I'll start this tomorrow - it will be interesting to see what my body does - if I gain a bit at first or if I just keep losing!!... Anyways my menu plan for tomorrow is as follows:
B - 2 poached eggs, 2 pieces of toast with butter (0/2)
L - low carb wrap with pork tenderloin, lettuce and cucumber (2/1)
D - some sort of salad with turkey....
Snacks - almonds or maybe one of the whey shakes...
just a rough idea - we'll see how it goes!
