  • I get to clean house today but afterwards I'll do lower body since I did upper body yesterday.

    I found my place in my rotation but haven't looked very far ahead to see what's next.

    LOL on all the cheerleader smiles! Cute!
  • 7th: STS weights - Meso 2 week 1 back and biceps = 60 mins.

  • Narnia, Are you doing the Extended stretches after the workouts. Funny story! I resolved that I was going to add that on after each workout. I only missed once and I was extremely sore for the next few days. I hate being sore, so I never skipped again.

    And are you doing cardio on your off days? Most of the time I was too exhausted to even think about cardio, especially in Meso 1!

    If I'm going to get ANYTHING done today I need to get away from the computer!
  • August 6th-

    1 hour tennis

    I always post the next day cause I workout so late sometimes im working out at 11pm. I know im gonna do strength training today but not sure what else ellipitcal, walk or a cardio video I will let you know tomorrow. I am feeling sooo good my thigh muscles are forming I can see them popping out

    Days:
    01 - 05: Can't remember, but not much... a little wii, a short hike.
    06: 30 min Tai Chi,
    07: none :
    08: 30 min Wii Strength Training :
    And away I go!!!

    Total today = 1 hour cardio, 30 minutes core MFC
  • I got the house vacumned but ended up spending most of the day in bed with a heating pad on my stomach. Its TTOM but I'm feeling worse than usual. I think I might have picked up a bug from my friend's son who wasn't feeling well Wed night. Hopefully, I'm not sick the rest of the weekend
