  • 94 minute walk through the woods, with rock stairs, up and back down. Ugh.

    PERSONAL: 861 + 94 = 955/1600
    GROUP TOTAL: 4429 + 94 = 4523


  • Okay, adding the 53 mins for strength training this afternoon.

  • Adding todays cycling + core ball
    Group total: 4,576 + 20 + 30 = 4,626
