5/8: Travel, lots of walking, nothing that I'm counting as official exercise.
5/9: 180 min - 1 hr biking, 1 hour cardio kickboxing, 1 hour taekwondo w/ my friend.
5/10: 120 min - hiking
5/11: 30 min bike ride towing the boys.
5/12: 60 min cardio/abs/stretching
5/13: 100 min - weight lifting session, jogging/walking with my boys
Total since last post: 490
Personal Total: 440 + 490 = 930
Group Total: 5043 + 490 = 5533



I didn't do so great the first part of May... our big pool closed (reopining though yay) and what little exercise I did I did not log. However, I added up what I have done in the last week or so and the total for May of that is 159 minutes. So I will jump in here with what I do have.
