  • Ugh! Neighborhood clean-up day (there is a central open space area that our neighborhood owns). 150 minutes of walking, picking up everything from paper to construction debris and dragging it back to the disposal site. I am sunburned (even with SPF 70 lol) and hurt in pretty much every muscle.

    PERSONAL: 505 + 150 = 655/1600
    GROUP TOTAL = 2784 + 150 = 2934

  • Yesterday - 25 minutes aerobics (i was so worn out yesterday, dunno why)
    Today - 60 minutes morning walk

  • 10K training walk where my 14 year-old so kicked my behind! 111 minutes walking + 20 minutes stretching and cool down for a total of 131 minutes.

    PERSONAL: 655 + 131 = 786/1600
    GROUP TOTAL: 3039 + 131 = 3170


  • 51 mins strength training

    Group total: 3,170 + 51 = 3,221
  • Former group total 3,221 + my 645 this week = 3,866 New Group total
  • 35 min strength training

    Group total ~ 3866 + 35 = 3901 min
  • just 9 minutes today

  • 41 mins walk/jog this morning

    Group Total: 3,910 + 41 = 3,951
  • I tried that walk jogging thing and just about put out an eye.

    45 minutes walk in the rain and 30 minutes weights for 75 minutes.

    PERSONAL: 786 + 75 = 861/1600
    GROUP: 3,951 + 75 = 4026



  • 40 minutes walk...friggin' power was out AGAIN today *GRRRRRRRRRRRRR* I'm going to be making up for lost exercise time tomorrow. Though I did do a lot of housework, but didn't count it.

  • I'm jumping in a little late so I will say 500 for the month.

  • 2 sessions today. My ex met me for lunch then we walked about a mile, so say, 20 minutes. Tonight, 15 minutes on the elliptical then 20 on the treadmill = 55 minutes total.

    4,130 + 55 = 4,185.

    group total: 4185 + 43 = 4228
  • group total: 4228 + 30 bike + 20 min bike + 30 min baseball practice = 4308
