    MY committment: 27/30 days (because I know I will miss a day or two)

    Reasons: Because I know I need to exercise to continue with the weight loss--it doesn't seem to happen otherwise. Besides--it makes me feel better!

    How: Trainer 1/week, Spin class 2/week, swim 2/week, walk/run outside 2/week, yoga 1/week

    Reward: More Books!!

    10/4--run/walk 4.5 miles about 1 hour 20 minutes.

    10/7--swim 70 minutes

    10/10--general gym--1 hour
    10/11--4 miles outside run/walk--60 minutes
    10/12--5K on Treadmill--38 min. 5 sec. plus other gym--total 60 minutes.

    10/15--travel day, no exercise

  • I'm late but count me in I commit to exercise at least a half hour every day on the weekends, and an hour each weekday. If the kids are off school or home sick it counts as a weekend day!

    I will commit to riding my bike for 30 minutes per day for the next thirty days.

    2 good reasons: wyatt(3), and gunnar(1), i love playing with my boys but need more energy to keep up with them.
