Sheesh. I guess it's time to change my eating and exercising. I really want my 50 lost present to myself to be a trainer when I get settled into my new place.
I had waaaaayyyyyyyy too much salt last night, so I haven't stepped on the scale yet. But I have that puffy, tight feeling in my fingers and I can tell when I make a fist that I'm retaining water.
I think it's lots of water for me today and a trip to the gym.
Ugh. I did not drink nearly enough water yesterday. I let myself run out of bottled water so I just didn't have it to grab on the way out of the house like usual.
In spite of my poor eating and thanks to many miles run with a friend who is training for a half marathon, I am down too. But I need to pull myself together on the planning and eating well front.
