THen I saw this thread and looks like exactly what I was looking for!Tomorrow (Monday Sept 29) is my DAY ONE!
Anyone else just starting? I would like to get on here daily to converse with someone(s) on our next day goals and how we did today!My starting weight is 165 and I REALLY want to be 140 by Jan 15. But I really need a buddy or two to push each other...and none of this, "Oh, it's okay if you slipped up today, tomorrow you will do better" crap - I need a drill SGT!

Tomorrow I want to walk on my breaks at work (two breaks, about 20 min each) and do Barry's Bootcamp DVD (lower body) in the evening. I also have planned out what I'm going to eat and would like to stick to it!


well today I finally did 20 minutes and felt so great that I also did 30 min on the treadmill. I have set my self a goal to be 230 by halloween. Thats 14 pounds away.. but if I keep going at this pace I will do it!!!

for a great weigh in today. I went to the gym this morning and actually did 25 min on the eliptical. Everyday I try to do a little more on the eliptical.. I am going back to the gym today after work to walk for at least 60 min.
