  • 25 - 45 min high/low class at the gym at lunch (and I was doing mostly high-intensity, when he gave an option)
    26 - Bike to work and back, about 50 min; and 45 min yoga class at the gym at lunch
    27 - 30 min walking to the market and the mall and back to the subway; 12 min HIIT on the treadmill (about 5 x 1 min at high); and 4000 m of HIIT on the rowing machine (about 15 x 100 m at high).

    Also burned calories arguing with this woman at my condo's fitness centre. She was on the treadmill talking on her cellphone, with the phone on speaker. I had my music playing in my ears, and I even turned it way up, but I could still hear her. Ugh!! After a couple minutes, I asked her to take her call outside. She said she couldn't and--this is the best part--said that she was on an international call and I was disturbing her. So I went and asked the lifeguard at the fitness centre about the rules about cellphone use, and yep, that's a no-no. So after arguing with the lifeguard the woman finally got off the phone. How obnoxious!!
