Without the book, can you elaborate? I love mind-body connection info. Can you remember the book's title?

I am pretty low-carb anyway. I am sure I would lose on the low-carb, but with not eating a whole lot of meat, it would cut my cals crazy low. I am just going to stick with the 1000-1200 and see if that will help in the coming weeks.
Of course that starts tomorrow, as I went to a grad party today. There is good news and bad news. I will start with the bad. I probably ate too much.
The good: I prepared for the party and had only eaten 400 for the day when I got there. I only ate ONE spring roll. I split a piece of cake with Meara. I only had 4 chips. I drank nothing but water and unsweetened tea.
The best news is that when I got home, I walked for an hour. I plopped Meara in the stroller and took off at 9 PM to get my exercise in today. It was not a perfect day, but I stayed true to my exercise everyday goal.
