    Since I just started this serious weight loss thing yesterday, I am lagging! For me, any "real" exercise is an improvement. I pledge to 15 minutes a day between my thighmaster and dumbbells! Starting today. That's 15x22 days= 330 minutes by the end of the month.
    I started using the "fit day" calculator yesterday also and was surprised at my # of calories. No wonder the weight just bounces up and down.
    I have shown a great deal of will power though in the Girl Scout cookie department. I am a troop leader and have access to an unlimited an=mount of cookies. I usually down 15 boxes or so during the post-sale season. This year, I have only shared 4 boxes. I would say I have eaten total about 1 box. Also, today, my kids had earned a reward to go to ColdStone. I usually get the Love It size which is pretty big all for myself. Today however, I didn't get any for myself. Just so I wouldn't feel deprived, I had 1 bite from each of theirs' (only 2 of them) Go me!

  • Home sick with the flu since Saturday afternoon so exercise has been minimal. I went for a 3 mile walk on Sunday and Tuesday (each 50 mins), for 100 minutes total.
