Here is my weekly total as I'll likely be taking tomorrow off since I've been at it pretty hard all week.
Lots of Turbo Jam some Step Aerobics and even dusted off the rebounder. Tackled my first "Cathe" DVD (Basic Step) if you know who she is you'll know why that's worth mentioning. Heh. Oh and I did my first Advanced DVD from the Turbo Jam series (Punch,Kick,Jam) I LOVE it! I'm getting surprisingly fit for a large girl.
30 min cutting branches and hauling limbs (it was longer than that, but I'll count 30). Though, I'm not getting to the gym today...
