Egg salad in whole wheat pita
1P, 1S, 1V, 2C
Snack:
1 celery stick w/ ff cream cheese
2 T. raisins
1V, 1F, 1C
Dinner:
3.5 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
1 oz. rf swiss cheese
1/3 c. herbed brown rice
1 c. sautéed zucchini & onions
9 black olives
½ P, ½ D, 1S, 2V, 1 Fa
Snack:
Caramel LA Lite
