    Purple w/Lites

    Sunday, 6/24/07

    Breakfast:
    ½ cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch
    ½ cup skim milk
    1 cup grapefruit juice
    ½ P, ½ D, 2F

    Snack:
    Caramel LA Lite
    Lite

    Lunch:
    Egg salad in whole wheat pita
    1P, 1S, 1V, 2C

    Snack:
    1 celery stick w/ ff cream cheese
    2 T. raisins
    1V, 1F, 1C

    Dinner:
    3.5 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
    1 oz. rf swiss cheese
    1/3 c. herbed brown rice
    1 c. sautéed zucchini & onions
    9 black olives
    ½ P, ½ D, 1S, 2V, 1 Fa

    Snack:
    Caramel LA Lite
    Lite

    One entry is better than none, right?

    vegetable sushi (1P, 1S, 1fat--it had avocado in it)
    strawberries, kashi crackers (2F, 1S)
    tvp, lettuce, tomatoes, ff ranch, salsa (1P, 4V, 2C)
    luna bar (lite)

    POP - Yay, for me!

    Breakfast: 1/2 bagel, 1 teaspoon peanut butter, milk (1S, 1/2P, 1D)
    Mid-morning: Lite, carrots (1V)
    Lunch: Turkey/cheese sandwich, 30 grapes (2S, 1P, 1D, 2Fr)
    Afternoon: Lite, Banana (2Fr)
    Dinner: Grilled chicken and veggies (1P, 3V, 1Fa)
    Evening: Crackers (1S)

    4: 2 Turkey Burgers, Cucumber (P, 3Vs)
    5: 2 Cups Watermelon, 2 ½ Tbsp + 10 Nuts (2Fs, ½ P, Fat)
    6: 6 oz Salmon, 3 cups Pepper Slices, 1 Tsp Olive Oil (P, 3Vs, Fat)
    7: R/F NSA Ice Cream Bar (S)

    Activity: 30 Minutes Cardio, 20 Minutes Resistance

    1 lt english muffin w/1/2 C eggbeaters and 1T lite mayo (1S, 1/2P, 1Fat)
    Coffee w/1T FF French Vanilla creamer (1 condiment)
    Lunch
    4" pita bread w/turkey salad (homemade = 6 oz turkey breast, 1T lt mayo, onion, celery, morton salt) 9 baby carrots (1S, 1P, 1F, 2V)
    Mid PM - LA Lite and SF, FF pudding (1 Lite, 1 Dairy)
    Dinner
    Lean Cuisine Spa Dinner, 2 oz lt cheese (string cheese) (1P, 1S, 1Dairy)
    1/2C low sodium V8 (1V)
    2T raisins (1Fruit)

    lots and lots of water.

    Mid am: la lite, 7 almonds (1 lite, 1 Fat)
    Lunch: 1 1/2 c Special K & 1 c milk(CC) 1 small apple, la snack (CC=1p, 1f, 1s)
    Mid Pm: 100g yogurt, la lite (1 late, 1/2 d)
    Dinner: 5oz chicken thigh, 254g broccoli (1p, 3v)
    Evening: 1 small apple (1f)

    So far, so good today....I'll be posting my POP menu this evening.
    Just saw this today...........you continue to crack me up, Joni I didn't join this challenge cuz I suck at posting my menus.......but good luck to all of you. I can't wait to find out who wins what.

    BNWI monday 155.0, BNWI Tuesday 154.0 (I know it's water, but I like it)

    Breakfast
    2 eggs w/Pam
    steamed zucchini, butter
    4 oz FF + 4 oz water

    Mid-Morning Snack

    Coffee w/1 t creamer and 1 packet Splenda
    1 oz string cheese
    16.9 oz water

    Lunch

    1 can tuna in water
    1 t light mayo
    2 c green salad
    4 oz FF + 4 oz water
    16.9 oz water

    Mid-Afternoon Snack

    1 oz string cheese
    4 oz FF + 4 oz water


    Late-Afternoon Snack

    Large diet coke
    16.9 oz water
    4 oz FF + 4 oz water

    Dinner

    Grilled salmon with butter
    Steamed zucchini, butter
    Decaf coffee w/1 t creamer and 1 packet Splenda
    16.9 oz water
