  • Yesterday - did an hour of crazy intervals (was away from home, but brought my resistance bands...basically did an UB workout with a jog up and down my parents staircase in between sets). MAN was it a good workout...slept like a baby.
  • treadmill - 20 min
    elliptical - 30 min
    strength training - 20 min
  • 52 minutes - The Firm: Bootcamp
  • elliptical 20 minutes
    treadmill 20 minutes
    stationary bike 20 minutes
    stength training/abs 20 minutes
  • 60 min on the elliptical.
  • 5 miles on my treadmill!!! And yoga which I forgot since I have been doing it pretty much every day for years. Tomorrow is my day off!!
  • yesterday - walk 40mins, stretching
    today - gym session with cardio and flexibility
  • 30 min elliptical
  • 60 min elliptical w/ intervals.
  • 40 minutes - Treadmill

    Had to cut my workout short today because my foot hurt but at least I got 40 mins in.
  • I did an hour of Step Aerobics, threw in some Arm, back, chest exercises & Crunches.
  • 48 mins treadmill (450)
    lower body and abs (100)
