The Diet Doctors say to ignore calories and to do the old fist and palm of hand way of measuring food protein and carbs - plus beans/pulses, seeds and nuts and 6 to 8 portions of fruit & veg a day... *parp* (pardon!) The biggest calorific increase is to my breakfast.... the seeds and nuts I've added to my oats and fruit have more than doubled the calories in my breakfast. (Tasty though!
) Ah probiotics... I shouldn't have a problem that way - the way I've increased my dairy is by having a couple of low cal bio yoghurt snacks. I just think my digestive system is in shock.


@ Sarah's parping.... I'm right there with you luv, my bum rumbles like no ones business.....Dave and the kids keep telling me not to eat so many veggies... but I love em and they fill me up
