@gardnerjoy I took my scale with me to home and back to school with me as well. It's the same scale. I was 223 this morning, but I worked out really hard today, didn't snack, and ate wonderfully. Between work and my workout burned off at least 1800 calories. I think I will be 222 or less tomorrow morning, so just have to keep working at it. Finally getting into a routine at school, so hopefully everything will be back to normal and my weight loss will go back to being consistent.
Holiday weight is off plus two pounds. Better than expected. And like you guys, back to the routine. I have been making my Challenge goals small on purpose so I can feel good when I get there early instead of bad when I get there late.
What exactly is the challenge? Can I still join the group this late into the month? I was 109 before the holidays started. I pretty much binged and now I'm 116. Ugh! I have issues with binge eating. I want to get back to my normal weight 110, or below it...
Sorry to hear that kalikat003, it's so frustrating. I am going to add in a workout plan and hope that is just what I need. For some reason (thinking maybe because I am not a teenager anymore) walking has stopped being enough. Good luck with your trainer hopefully you both can come up with a plan that will work for you.
Hey all! Sorry I have been MIA. Been working and going to school and getting into my workout schedule. My weight was back to like 223 by the 3rd or 4th of January, so I'm going to edit my goals around that. Currently 221.8 so -1.2!
